On September 28, officers received reports of a man throwing a brick through a residence along the 200th Block of Main Street.
When police arrived on scene, the man, who was identified as 41-year-old Steven Anders, and was visibly intoxicated threw the brick into the victims window, before fleeing back into his apartment.
When officers made contact with Anders and made an attempt to arrest him, they noted that he became combative and that a similar incident happened the day before.
Anders is currently lodged in the Elk County Jail, where he faces felonies of stalking, resisting arrest, vandalism, public drunkenness, and other related charges.
