A St. Marys couple is now facing charges in the overdose death of a man back in February.
According to police, back on January 23, PSP at Ridgway began investigating the suspected overdose death of Jason McCandless, 51, of Kersey.
Troopers say that his son, 29-year-old Colby McCandless and his girlfriend, 38-year-old Amanda Earnest, were both involved in the overdose.
Now, they've both been taken to the Elk County Jail, where they face charges of drug delivery resulting in death and involuntary manslaughter.
