A Saint Marys man is in jail, facing sexual assault charges, in a case dating back to October of last year.
According to police, 38-year-old Timothy Curci, ended up with the 14-year-old victim, after she left her apartment in the early morning hours of October 21, 2024.
The teenage girl, went to police, telling them that Curci had sex with and provided her marijuana.
Curci was arraigned earlier this week, and currently has a preliminary hearing set for July 1st.
