Henderson Township, Jefferson County, PA (HTRP)-- Two men are now facing charges, after a fight that involved a baseball bat.
The charges, stem from a fight at a Henderson Township home back in February, which involved an assault on a person, with a baseball bat.
On the scene of the incident, authorities learned that 54 year-old Nicholas Kuntz, was breaking the windows of a vehicle with a baseball bat, after he got into a fight with the victim.
At the time, the victim was on the phone with authorities and confronted Kuntz, was hit with the bat, and was then thrown to the ground.
While the initial assault happened, 66 year-old Douglas Reed, then joined in and beat the man.
Kuntz and Reed are now facing simple assault charges, and are in the Jefferson County Jail, with no word yet on the victims injuries.
